The indie socialite of Chicago, Meg (widely known as Meg Memes) is the most widely known and adored person in Chicago. She has about 15 different friend groups and isn’t afraid to bring them all together in one room. Despite her often scathing commentary about Chicago, pop culture, and indie rock bands, Meg is a softie at heart. She’s a sucker for all things cute, particularly her cat, Tomasina. I did my best to bake a cake as universally beloved as Meg herself: red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.
